SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders placed with X/OR will be shipped directly to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, provided the items are in stock.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Please note that X/OR is not liable for any customs or import duties that may apply to your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you are dissatisfied with a product, X/OR offers the option to exchange it.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within twelve (12) days of receipt, along with a copy of your invoice. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Please be aware that items returned in damaged or incomplete condition will not be eligible for exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
